Sports Performance Testing

Sports Performance Testing assesses your fitness and performance, giving you the best advantage to specifically tailor your sport specific training for speed, endurance, and power improvements.  It is recommended to conduct your performance testings within a season and from season to season during your athletic career.

Gait and Treadmill Analysis

The gait and treadmill analysis measures the pressure points in your feet, and assesses for pronation and supination. The video analysis evaluates stability and balance in hip, knees, and feet.
